His attention to detail, work ethic, and contagious personality come from over 30 years of daily interactions helping neighbors and friends with their home mortgage needs. Harold is the proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma, B…oomer Sooner! He is a devoted husband and father of two Eagle Scouts that loves to spend his weekends on Lake Texoma.

Jennifer Buffington, the Senior VP of Spurr Mortgage, has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. She still writes loans every day because it’s just one of the things that drives her as a person. Plus, she loves the personal interaction that helping people with loans entails! She is the beautiful wife of Carl and the proud mother of three precious children.

Since opening our doors in 1990, we have made it our policy to become the mortgage lender that gives back. We have made it a point to always be actively involved in the community, which we believe has helped us thrive in the recent downturn in the economy. Our goal is to invest in mutually beneficial relationships that allow both the realtor and loan officer to grow their businesses concurrently. At Spurr Mortgage, it is our mission to make all of our customers, realtors, and business partners raving fans.

Although many mortgage companies claim to be driven by relationships we exemplify it every day. Realtors who work with Spurr are given FREE access to custom property marketing software that allows them to market their listings to the fullest. Not only does our software help to create individual property websites it also goes one step further and automatically sends feeds of the website to all of the major real estate websites to guarantee that your home reaches the right buyers.

Why pay for expensive marketing when your mortgage lender can you help you for FREE?
